<p>It comprises a line (1) for conveying a fluid, preferably air, which accommodates at least one blade (2) secured to a mast (3) fixed to a rotary shaft (5). The line (1) comprises at least one extension (8) provided with an inlet (9) and outlet (10) for the air, in which provision has also been made for means (11) for impelling the air in order to generate its acceleration and to drive the blade (2), causing rotation of the shaft (5) which is connected to an electrical power generator (15).
