In accordance with this invention there is provided a loyalty and customer relationship management method comprising the steps of marketing and promoting goods and/or services for sale via a computer network, assigning loyalty rewards including but not exclusively limited to digital certificates to a purchaser of such good and/or services; transmitting a loyalty reward and/or voucher over a wireless network to a wireless communications device which processes the redemption of the reward via a mobile phone and/or point of sale device including but not limited to a debit / credit card terminal .</p>
