THE EVALUATION DEVICE FOR GRINDING CAPACITY OF THE GRIND DISC WHEEL

An evaluation device for the grinding capacity of a grind disc wheel is provided to improve the quality of a product by uniform grinding regardless of the abrasion of a sandpaper or grinding stone. An evaluation device for the grinding capacity of a grind disc wheel includes a supporting bar(10), a weight, a stopper(30), a clamping bed(40), and a driving unit(50). The supporting bar is vertically installed at the upper part of a main bed to perform the evaluation of a sandpaper or grinding stone. The weight is connected to the grinder horizontally a grinder(2) to install the sandpaper or grinding stone. The stopper is installed at the lower part of the weight, and has a spring in order to prevent the excessive movement of the grinder. The clamping bed fixes a workpiece which is grinded by the sandpaper or grinding stone. The driving unit reciprocates the workpiece fixed on the clamping bed.
