<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed product of bean curd refuse enabling production of a highly safe and inexpensive processed product of bean curd refuse. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a processed product of bean curd refuse comprises the following process: charging 1,000 pts.wt. of a total amount of raw bean curd refuse having a water content rate of 80-90 wt.% and rice bran or wheat bran as a moisture regulating material into a fermentation tank so that a water content rate of the total of the raw bean curd refuse and the moisture regulating material accounts for 50-60 wt.%; charging 1 pt.wt. of active microbial community composed of an aerobic bacteria group and an anaerobic bacteria into the fermentation tank; raising the temperature inside the fermentation tank to 60-80°C; and stirring the active microbial group for 20-28 h for fermentation while sending air into the fermentation tank to ferment the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
