<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder or a dispersing agent for the production of a green ceramic film, having high dispersing action and guaranteeing high solid content in the case of a suspension having low viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: An acetalized polyvinyl alcohol is used for the production of a green ceramic film or a formed ceramic article.
