<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens protector which protects an optical disk and which never falls out from a lens holding part. <P>SOLUTION: In a lens-barrel for an optical pickup device 1 which is provided with an objective lens 5 which focuses laser beams on the information recording surface of the optical disk, the lens-barrel 2 which holds the objective lens, and a lens holder 4 which holds the lens-barrel, the lens protector 3 is formed more closely to the optical disk than an end face on the side of the optical disk, and the lens protector is fitted from a side opposite to the optical disk of the lens-barrel toward the side of the optical disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
