COATING METHOD AND DEVICE OF ELECTRODE MIX PASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid drop in coating accuracy caused by a flow of electrode mix paste while meandering is accurately corrected.

SOLUTION: The coating method of electrode mix paste comprises; a first process starting winding of a core material; a second process forming a paste coating sheet by placing electrode mix paste on the core material; a third process adjusting the coating amount of the paste; a fourth process continuously interposing core material exposed parts formed at both ends in the width direction of the core material in the second or third process between a pair of interposing rollers and varying an angle of the interposing roller and the paste coating sheet according to the meandering amount detected with a meandering detecting part to correct the meandering of the paste coating sheet; a fifth process drying the paste coating sheet; and a sixth process winding the paste coating sheet in a coil shape, and in the fourth process, the angle of the interposing rollers is widened within a range at 5° or less in the running direction of the paste coating sheet.
