<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refine users having performed operations highly relevant to the information even when it is not possible to specify any electronic document including such information. <P>SOLUTION: Use history records showing operations performed by each user to each page in each document provided from a document storage part 104 are stored in a use history storage part 105. An analyzing part 106 calculates page scores showing the adaptivity of each page to retrieval conditions input by the user, and calculates the browsing time of each user to each page from the use history records, and calculates browsing scores about the use history records based on the page scores and the browsing time, and sorts and displays the use history records in the descending order of browsing scores. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
