<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting of processing authority not only for the entirety of but also for part of an electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: When processing to the electronic document is instructed from a user, an authority confirmation processing part 26 inquires of an information management part 28 about the processing authority to the electronic document of the user who instructed to confirm the processing authority set to the electronic document itself and a processing authority set to each object constituting the electronic document. A priority determination processing part 40 specifies, when conflicting processing authorities are set to the electronic document and each object, that the processing authority for the object concerned is invalid according to priority information. Each processing unit 34, 36 executed in a processing execution part 30 determines the propriety as processing object for each object according to the presence/absence of processing authority for each object constituting the designated electronic document, and determines each part of the electronic document as a processing object or as out of the processing object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
