PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose register circuit achieving high-speed signal output desired. SOLUTION: The generous purpose register circuit 100 is provided with a plurality of memory cells 4 arranged in a matrix shape connected to a word line 2 and a bit line 3 for writing and reading data, and a plurality of multiplexer circuits 5 for switching a data value read from the memory cells 4 and input through the bit line 3 with a fixed value and outputting the fixed value on the basis of an input of an output selection signal, wherein the bit line 3 is connected to an input and control lines 6 for transmitting the output selection signal are connected.
