REPLICA CONTROL METHOD USING PRINCIPLE OF LIVING BODY, ENCLOSURE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a number of replicas in consideration of changing an up range and a down range of a rating function which are used in adding/deleting replica according to a length of elapsed time from a past hit time. SOLUTION: The number of only required replicas is changed dynamically in time according to the number of the request, by performing a control in consideration of a control mechanism which a living body has, namely that a strength of reaction to stimulation decreases with an elapse of a period in the living body. Replication is performed to an object file to which inquiry and download request are likely to concentrate and arranged to distribute. A life time of a file is measured. The replica in the servant may be eliminated if the value becomes below a certain value. The required optimal number of the file in a network is maintained.
