PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively receive e-mail in accordance with a set condition. SOLUTION: When e-mail is received by a reception mail server 30, the e-mail is transmitted to a mobile terminal as a recipient a relay control part 31 of the reception mail server 30 only when a sender mail address of the e-mail is managed as a reception permission address in association with a rejected address when a sender mail address of the e-mail is managed as the rejected address in a relay restriction management part 32 of the reception mail server 30.
