PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a collision speed of a test body colliding against a fixed body with simple structure. SOLUTION: A collision speed measuring device 10 includes a collision body holding part 13 for a collision body 14 fixed to a main body 12 provided with a slide mechanism 16, a slider 18 of the slide mechanism 16 that is the other end of the main body 12 and for mounting the test body 20, a biasing means 22 of the slide mechanism 16 for biasing the test body 20 to the collision body 14, and a velocity sensor 38 of the test body 20 installed at a side part of the slide mechanism 16, wherein the biasing means 22 can set arbitrary biasing force.
