PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior finish material which is ecological and excellent in safety and has flexibility, processability, and building properties while improving durability. SOLUTION: The interior finish material 1 comprises a substrate 11, a biodegradable resin layer 12 which is formed on the upper surface of the substrate 11 and made of an aliphatic polyester resin and a starch resin, a film layer 13 which is formed on the upper surface of the biodegradable resin layer 12 and contains a polylactic acid resin composition, a printed layer 14 which is formed on the upper surface of the film layer 13 by printing, a surface protective top coat layer 15 formed on the upper surface of the printed layer 14, and an adhesive layer 21 which is formed between the biodegradable resin layer 12 and the film layer 13 and contains the polylactic acid resin composition.
