PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use press-in device capable of being used by being installed at a production factory. SOLUTION: Member holder bodies 31A and 31B having vertical axial lines are constituted in a structure split in two-split bodies about a plane passing through the axial line or the vicinity of the axial line, and sliding members 60A and 60B contained in the member holder bodies 31A and 31B so as to move in a vertical direction and a driving mechanism for sliding the sliding members 60A and 60B, and first member containers 100A and 100B and second member containers 110A and 110B are vertically arranged in a holding members, so that a member for pressing-in or pulling-out is contained therein, thus making it possible to press-in or peel-off by moving one of the member container sides by the driving mechanism.
