PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can draw effective presentation using displaying device installed at the back of the game board, has a structure to prevent the outer rail from being damaged by ball, and allows an easy maintenance of the outer rail. SOLUTION: On the inner surface of the outer rail 20 composed of a light transmissive material, a metal rail 22 is mounted removably. The metal rail 22 can prevent the outer rail being damaged by ball and the object displayed on the LCD 18 mounted at the back of the game board 8 composed of a light transmissive material can be seen from the front of the pinball game machine through the outer rail 20 composed of a light transmissive material.
