PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing operating mechanism so that a manual operating mechanism of a manual valve may become as simple as possible without a special operating lever by forming an isolation valve for emergency of the water feeding system of a dishwasher of the manual valve, and the isolation valve for emergency may be valve-closed at the time of emergency alone. SOLUTION: This isolation valve 30 for emergency is the manual valve which is arranged behind a washing tub. An operating member 20 opens the isolation valve 30 for emergency by turning a turning lever 10 in one direction by a pushing-in operation of the washing tub 1, and closes the isolation valve 30 for emergency by turning the turning lever 10 in the other direction by a pulling-out operation, and then, separating the turning lever 10 from the other piece. In addition, a clutch is provided on a turning shaft, the isolation valve 30 for emergency is open/closed through the clutch by the rotation of the turning shaft.
