PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepared hole machining system for forming a fixed prepared hole on a game board even when there is an error in the thickness dimension of the game board. SOLUTION: A machining member 28 which can be moved to be closer to and separated from the board surface of the game board 50 at a machining position is provided with a first punch 32 corresponding to the game pin driving position of the game board 50, and the machining member 28 is moved between a first position at which the first punch 32 is separated from the game board 50 and a second position at which the prepared hole is formed on the game board 50 by the first punch 32 by driving a servo motor connected to the machining member 28. Further, a thickness measurement sensor for measuring the thickness dimension T of the game board 50 before machining is provided, and a controller controls the drive of the servo motor on the basis of the measurement result of the thickness measurement sensor and changes the moving distance M from the first position to the second position of the machining member 28.
