An image processing device is provided to produce an enlarged video image of a changing portion in the case that an object is changed to easily confirm whether or not the object is subjected to change and contents of the changing portion. An image processing device (100), which processes a continuously picked-up image of an object formed on an image picking-up means (221) though a pickup lens (22), is comprised of a moving portion detecting means (110b) for detecting a moving portion of the picked-up image due to changes of the object, a moving region cutting-out means (110d) for cutting out a region including the moving portion detected by the moving portion detecting means as a moving region image, and a correcting and enlarging image generating means (110e) for carrying out correction processing of the moving region image for distortions due to the pickup lens and enlarging processing of the same to generate a corrected and enlarged image.
