The invention is based on the fact that when the average density of a roadway construction, taking into account the permitted maximum loading thereof, is selected to be less than the average density of the foundation medium (1) surrounding the roadway or the loose medium arranged as floating bed (30) between the foundation medium (1) and the roadway surface (2) and further when a unit extending in the longitudinal and transverse direction of ready-made and assembled in-situ rib elements is produced then said roadway construction may be subjected to a floating load on the surrounding foundation equivalent to that of conventional stable roadways. In wetlands, stable anchor points (19) are arranged along the planned roadway at separations dependent on the structure of the foundation medium (1). |
