The injector has a coupling unit that is placed between an actuator (5) and a nozzle needle (6), and includes a coupler unit (8) and a movable and pre-mountable control device (9). A coupler area (10) formed between the unit (8) and the device is changeable by the movement of the device. A nozzle needle-sided control area (11) is formed between the needle and the unit (8) and is fluidly connected with the area (10). The device is designed with a controlling wall surrounding an inner area and a controlling base with a passage such that a coupler bolt part (8a) partly penetrates the passage.
