The textile interlining material (1) as outer fabric for clothing, linen, belts, shoes or similar things, comprises warp thread (2) and/or weft thread (3) that are filament yarn and a mixture from normal fabric or -filaments and special fabric or -filaments. The interlining material is formed as a shaping and durable shape retaining interlining and is made up of fabrics, knitted fabrics with weft thread insertion or a knotted fabric. The special fabrics are made up partly as bicomponent fiber or as hot melt fibers from a polymer with a low melting point. The special fabrics are made up partly as bicomponent fiber or as hot melt fibers from a polymer with a low melting point as compared to the normal fibers or -filaments, and are arranged through these fibers or filament parts by thermal treatment through melting of low melting components that connects adhesion surfaces on a contact surface (4) between the threads as thread splices and between the normal fibers or -filaments and the special fibers or -filaments as thread- or filament splices. The fabric or knitted fabric consists of a total mass fraction of 10-35% of such low melting fabric components in the special fiber or -filaments. The low melting fiber component has a melting point of 85-210[deg]C. A portion present on one or both outer surfaces of the fabric, knitted fabric or knotted fabric, are used on low-melting polymer of special fibers or -filaments through superficial temperature insertion over the melting area of these fiber- or filament parts for forming fabric splices for the surface or local bonding or textile interlining with an outer fabric. For each cm 2>area of textile interlining, 100 thread splices and/or fiber splices are arranged. The special fibers contained in the warp threads and/or in the weft threads, with regard to the arrangement of both the polymer differentiable in the melting point, are such types of side/side, core/mantel or island/sea or hot melt fibers. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a textile interlining material.
|
