摘要

A display panel having a display region which can display a curve in the outline while displaying a video image having a uniform display quality in the display region. A display is also provided. The display panel is equipped with a light-shielding member and has a display region wherein a plurality of pixels are arranged. The light-shielding member has a light-shielding curve portion where the plane shape is formed of a curve, and the display region has a curved outline formed when the plurality of pixels are shielded from light by the light-shielding curve portion.
