<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator of superior shock resistance, at engagement between a driving member and a moving member. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator comprises a piezoelectric element 10, a driving member 12 which is long in X direction and is connected to the piezoelectric element 10, and a moving member 30 which is slidably arranged in the X direction relative to the drive member 12. The moving member 30 is moved in the X direction, by the vibration conveyed to the drive member 12 from the piezoelectric element 10, when the piezoelectric element 10 is applied with a voltage, by way of the frictional force between the drive member 12 and the moving member 30. A corner formed with the sliding surface 16u of the moving member 30 with respect to the drive member 12 and the end face adjoining the sliding surface 16u is bent at cross section, as viewed from the vertical direction relative to the X direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
