<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective relay device which can calculate accurately operation of electrical variable without needing sampling synchronous control, etc. accompanied by the control of the transmission timing or timing control concerned with return. <P>SOLUTION: This device has a communication controller 17 which transfers a frame, a timer counter 16 which clocks the time and acquires the transmission time of a transmission frame and the arrival time of a receiving frame, and a microprocessor 15. The microprocessor 15 has a time adder 15a, which adds the transmission time to a time query frame, and adds the value for calculating the time lag, from other devices to the time query frame; a time extractor 15b, which extracts the transmission time from the time query frame received from other devices, and extracts the value added from the time query frame received from other devices, and a time-lag operating part 15c which calculates the time lag from other devices, based on the value, etc. extracted from the time extractor 15b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
