<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form a passage in an air pressure feeding device. <P>SOLUTION: The air pressure feeding device is provided with an air pressure source 40. The air pressure source 40 is interposed in a hub air passage L1 in a drive shaft 31 (axle hub). In a wheel cap 51 assembled in the wheel 11 of a wheel 10, a passage forming section 51b forming a cap air passage L2 is formed integrally. The passage forming section 51b is extended in the radial direction from the center region to the peripheral side region of the wheel cap 51. The cap air passage L2 is formed in the passage forming section 51b, and its opening end on the internal diameter side is connected to the hub air passage L1 via pipe fittings 54, 55 and its opening end on the external diameter side is connected to a connector 13 via pipe fittings 52, 53.
