<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment such as a personal computer easy to use as a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment to be placed on a substantially horizontal mount surface for use comprises a housing having a lower surface including an inclined surface inclined to the mount surface, and a plurality of pads attached to the lower surface of the housing.
