<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for solar cells that can be formed to a uniform thickness stably without allowing an ethylene-based copolymer to stay in a T die or to be solidified in film formation. <P>SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet A for solar cells, not less than three sheet layers 1, 1, and the like made of an ethylene-based copolymer and an organic peroxide are laminated integrally. A cross-linking aid is contained in both outermost sheet layers 1a, 1b in the sheet layers 1, 1, and the like by 0-0.1 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the ethylene-based copolymer. A cross-linking aid is contained in intermediate sheet layers 1c, 1c, and the like in the sheet layers 1a, 1b, and the like by 0.1-3 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the ethylene-based copolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
