PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance, and rigidity, and having biodegradability. SOLUTION: This card comprises 1 to 99 wt.% of (a) a poly 3-hydroxybutyrate and 99 to 1 wt.% of (b) at least one impact resistance-improving agent selected from the group consisting of (b1) a thermoplastic polyurethane, (b2) a core-sheath type latex rubber whose core component is an acrylic rubber and/or a silicone-acrylic rubber and whose shell component is polymethyl methacrylate, and (b3) cellulose.
