<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method preferable for producing a ceramic molded article which is highly strong, suitable for high deposition and made by using electrophoresis molding method, especially a ceramic molded article for a dental repair material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the ceramic molded article: a ceramic and/or a precursor particle thereof is dispersed; using a desired form of molding electrode in which a conductive layer is formed in a mold, the ceramic and/or precursor particle is deposited onto the electrode by electrophoresis to form a precursor of molded article in an organic solvent-dispersed liquid containing an acidic phosphate and polyethylenimine; and then the precursor is sintered. The organic solvent-dispersed liquid for electrophoresis contains both the acidic phosphate and polyethylenimine, thereby ceramic particles or the like can be continuously and smoothly deposited, resulting in formation of a high-density precursor of molded article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
