PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of artifacts and to improve image quality. SOLUTION: After reconstituting a tomographic layer image for the fault plane of the imaging region of an object from projection data obtained by executing scan for the imaging region of the object, the density distribution of the imaging region of the object is calculated on the basis of the tomographic layer image. Thereafter, after calculating scattered ray data so as to correspond to the density distribution, the scattered ray correction processing of the projection data is executed with the scattered ray data.
