PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for a vehicle capable of easily stabilizing the behavior of a vehicle on both of a rutted road and a normal road. SOLUTION: A control device 20 controls a steering actuator 2 and a reaction force actuator 19 according to an operation angleδh of a steering wheel 1. The control device 20 has a target steering angle calculation part 31, and a rutted road judging part 34. The rutted road judging part 34 judges whether a vehicle 100 travels on the rutted road or not.
