摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte having high ion conductivity, and hardly reacting with an electrode material. SOLUTION: This solid electrolyte contains lithium (Li), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and oxygen (O), wherein, when a Kα-ray is used, main peak positions of its X-ray diffraction image are located, by 2θ, at 16.7±0.25°, 20.4±0.25°, 23.8±0.25°, 25.9±0.25°, 29.4±0.25°, 30.4±0.25°, 31.7±0.25°, 33.5±0.25°, 41.5±0.25°, 43.7±0.25°and 51.2±0.25°, and the half-value width thereof is not greater than 0.5°. When the solid electrolyte is expressed by a composition formula xLi×yP×zS×wO (x+y+z+w=1), x, y, z and w satisfy 0.2≤x≤0.45, 0.1≤y≤0.2, 0.35≤z≤0.6 and 0.01≤w≤0.10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
