PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container which is equipped with a check valve for preventing air etc. from flowing into the interior and can keep the performance of the check value as specified, and a member for forming the liquid container and an ink pack. SOLUTION: The ink pack 25 comprises a bag part 36 for storing the ink, a first and a second ink flow path 46 and 51 communicating with the bag part 36, a valve body housing chamber 55 communicating with the first and the second ink flow path 46 and 51, a flow path formation member 41 equipped with a second and a third recessed part 48 and 49 communicating with the valve body housing chamber 55, and a first valve device 59 which is installed in a communication part between the first and the second ink flow path 46 and 51 and the valve body housing chamber 55, and has a valve seat 53 and a first valve body 58. In addition, the ink pack 25 has a communication path for making the second and the third recessed part 48 and 49 and the valve body housing chamber 55 communicate with the bag part 36.
