PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve AC characteristics even when a pull-down resistor is provided in a terminal. SOLUTION: In this input/output circuit for this semiconductor device provided with an output terminal part 6 connected to an external signal line of a higher voltage than a power supply voltage within a semiconductor, a high side output circuit part composed of a plurality of P-channel transistors 52, 53 and 54 of a floating N-well system and an analog switch 51a for outputting an internal signal of the semiconductor to the outside, and a low side output circuit part in which a plurality of N-channel transistors 55 and 57 are connected in series for outputting the internal signal of the semiconductor to the outside, a threshold voltage of the P-channel transistor 51a comprising the analog switch is set lower than threshold voltages of the other transistors.
