PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board device for preventing occurrence of a board crack or the like in the case of screw-tightening a base member mounted with the board. SOLUTION: Since the base member 3 includes a long hole 3d acting like a stress relaxing part between screw fasteners 3b and a board mount region 3a mounted with the circuit board 2, a stress caused when a screw 5 is tightened at each of the screw fasteners 3b is separated by the long hole 3d in order to fix the base member 3 to a lighting fixture (not shown) as a support, and application of the stress to the circuit board 2 and an element 6 mounted on the circuit board 2 is avoided to be capable of preventing the board crack of the circuit board 2 and destruction or the like of the element 6.
