PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land recycle method for utilizing purified soil after purifying and detoxifying contaminated soil and conducting the tree planting afforestation of the ruins of crushed rock sites. SOLUTION: The land recycle method comprises the step of purifying soil and installing the detoxifying facility 12 in a quarry site 10, the step of picking up the contaminated soil 16 and a step of purifying the contaminated soil 16 and carrying the same to the detoxifying facility 12 in a soil contamination zone 14, the step of purifying and detoxifying the contaminated soil 16 and the step of burying the purified and detoxified soil 18 to the ruins 20 of the quarry site 10 in the soil purification and detoxifying facility 12 and the step of conducting the tree planting afforestation of the buried soil 18 at the ruins 20 of the quarry.
