PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device securing a top plate to a predetermined location by engaging a lock member and a receiving portion, capable of surely securing the top plate to the predetermined location despite the wear of the receiving portion and easily canceling the engagement of the lock member and the receiving member. SOLUTION: A first engaged face 70a, a first engaging face 80a, a second engaged face 70b, and a second engaging face 80b are formed in a circular arc shape. Center axes (axis B or axis C) of the respective faces are arranged in positions displaced from a turning shaft (shaft A) of the lock member 64 such that the respective engaging faces rotate while moving in a direction spaced apart from the respective faces to be engaged with the rotation by an operating lever 62.
