RAIL POSITIONING DEVICE AND TIE PLATE USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail positioning device capable of maintaining the connecting force of a fixing member to a sleeper by rapidly replacing an adjusting roller without pulling the fixing member out of the sleeper. SOLUTION: A bite-in screw part 36 of a screw spike 32 is screwed into each threaded hole 31 formed in the sleeper 11. The tie plate 12 formed with adjusting holes 28 allowing body parts 34 of the screw spikes 32 to loosely pass through is placed on the upper face 11a of the sleeper 11. Storage recesses 25 are formed between inner position regulating projections 13, 14 and outer position regulating projections 21-24 formed at the upper face of the tie plate 12. The adjusting roller 26 having an insertion hole 27 allowing the body part 34 of the screw spike 32 to pass through is fitted into each storage recess 25.
