PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private parts washing device which enables a nozzle to smoothly carry out a protruding/storage action from/into a cylinder. SOLUTION: The private parts washing device 1 is formed of: the cylinder 90 into which washing water is fed; the nozzle 80 which is slidably arranged in the cylinder 90, and protrudes from the cylinder 90 by water pressure of the washing water; and a coil spring 10 which is wound on the periphery of the nozzle 80, arranged between an inner flange 91 located at a front end of the cylinder 90 and an outer flange 81 located at a rear end of the nozzle 80, and exerts an energizing force for drawing the nozzle 80 into the cylinder 90. In the private parts washing device 1, a portion of the coil spring 10, close to the inner flange 91 is formed into an inner flange side expanded portion 11 that is almost conically expanded toward an inner flange edge 11a, and a portion of the coil spring, close to the outer flange 81 is formed into an outer flange side expanded portion 12 that is almost conically expanded toward an outer flange edge 12a.
