PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical analyzer capable of reciprocal dipping to a nucleic acid capturing section of fluid samples with infectiveness. SOLUTION: Distance from the rotating center of a holding disk to a deploying position of the intermediate port 360 of an inspection module 2 is set to be larger than distance from the rotating center to a deploying position of the liquid port 701. The intermediate port 360 is sealed and the inspection module 2 is also sealable as a whole. If the holding disk rotates at communicated condition of the liquid port 701 and the intermediate port 360 by a valve 350, fluid sample moves from the liquid port 701 to the intermediate port 360 through a capturing section 301 to compress inside air. When rotation of the holding disk 12 is stopped, fluid sample moves to the liquid port 701 through the capturing section 301 by compressed air of the intermediate port 360. Reciprocal dipping to a nucleic acid capturing section 301 of fluid samples with infectiveness becomes possible in sealed system by repeating rotation and stop of the disk.
