PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic tightening method and plastic tightening parts which sufficiently corresponds to severe demand to coaxiality. SOLUTION: On a fitting surface of a first gear 1, a reduced diameter cylindrical face 10 and an enlarged diameter cylindrical face, are continuously formed and also, on a fitting face of a second gear 3, cylindrical face 12 slidingly contacted with the above enlarged diameter cylindrical face 11 and a spline tooth 13 bitten into the above reduced diameter cylindrical surface 10, are continuously formed. Then, the first gear 1 and the second gear 3 are pressed in and fitted while biting the spline tooth 13 into the reduced diameter cylindrical surface 10 by utilizing the enlarged diameter cylindrical face 11 and the cylindrical face 12 as the guiding face at the pressing-in time, and a sub-assembling body (plastic tightening parts) having sufficient bonded strength and excellent coaxiality is obtained.
