A method and a system for processing invoice matching and rebate are provided to process the invoice matching and automatically calculate the rebate according to contract contents by using an invoice matching system linked with a goods management system and an accounting system. An invoice matching server(100) receives a company code/information, and completely processed purchase information and GRN(Goods Received Number) data from the goods management system(20), and generates tax bill data by processing the received purchase information. The invoice matching server transmits the tax bill data to an external EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) agency(40), and receives confirmation information for a tax bill from a company(30) through the EDI agency and issues the tax bill for a matched GRN by processing the invoice matching. A rebate server(200) includes a contract register registering the contents of a contract made with the company and a rebate calculator calculating the rebate according to an amount included in the data received from the goods management system based on the contract contents. |
