HEPARIN COATED LIPOSOMES CONTAINING AMPHOTERICIN B AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THE SAME

Heparin-coated liposome containing amphotericin B is provided to increase inclusion efficiency of sparingly soluble amphotericin B by using cationic lipid, reduce toxicity to normal cells of toxic amphotericin B by encapsulating the amphotericin B to the liposome and increase retention time and sustained release by coating with heparin. The liposome coated by heparin contains amphotericin B, wherein the liposome is formed by lipid containing 5-20 wt.% of a cationic lipid selected from dialkyl dimethyl ammonium, dioleoylphosphatidylethanol amine, dioleoyl dialkyl trimethylammonium propane and dioleoyl dialkyldimethylammonium propane, and phosphatidyl choline; and 2.5-20 parts by weight of the heparin is coated based on 100 parts by weight of lipid forming liposome.
