A pixel circuit of OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes) is provided to prevent voltage reduction of a source voltage line by compensating a source voltage for every pixel. A first transistor(T1) delivers a data signal from data lines in response to selection signals from scan lines. A second transistor(T2) delivers a first source voltage in response to the selection signals. A capacitor(C1) stores the data signal and first source voltage from the first and second transistors. A third transistor(T3) delivers a second source voltage to one end of the capacitor in response to a control signal from a luminescent control line. A fourth transistor(T4) receives voltage from the capacitor and generates a driving current. An organic light emitting diode(OLED) is illuminated by the driving current from the fourth transistor.
