<p>A swivel anchor for knotless fixation of a tissue is provided to suppress generation of knots by permitting rotatory insertion without additional twisting and knotting of a suture captured in a branched end. A suture anchor(200) includes an anchor body(225), and an anchor tip(250). The anchor tip is rotatably attached to the anchor body and includes a branched end. The suture anchor is arranged to permit rotatory insertion without additional twisting and knotting of a suture captured in the branched end. The branched end of the anchor tip is arranged to capture the suture. The anchor body includes a thread. The anchor tip has a detachable structure. A fixing member is inserted into the anchor body. A fixation member is a cannulated interference screw.</p> |
