A wireless communication system is provided to cut installation expenses and maintenance expenses by separately installing communication cables for transmission to internal devices and covering a wider area through relatively strong signals so that the configuration of amplifiers and antennas can be simplified and fewer cables can be used. A wireless communication system(1) comprises Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22), a communication repeater, external antennas(45) and internal antennas(41,42). The communication repeater, connected to one side of the Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22), relays Tx/Rx signals. The communication repeater comprises line amplifiers(51,52), splitters(6), end resistors and a control device. The line amplifiers(51,52), respectively connected to one side of the Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22), amplify the strength of transmitted and received signals. The splitters(6) respectively are installed at branch lines of the Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22). The end resistors respectively are installed at the ends of the Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22). The control device, connected to the line amplifiers(51,52), the splitters(6), the internal antennas(41,42), and the Tx/Rx communication cables(21,22) by wire or wireless, executes monitoring and control operations.
