<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method for notch filter parameters that enable easy setting of optimum notch filter parameters, program, and motor controller. <P>SOLUTION: The width parameter for a notch filter is adjusted, based on the frequency characteristic of the object to be controlled, antiresonant frequency, or the ratio of the antiresonance frequency to a notch center frequency.
