<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lighting device capable of removing dirt adhered to a filter. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle lighting device 10 comprises a lamp housing 12 with a spiracle 24, a light source 18 which lies in the lamp housing 12 and irradiates light beams containing ultraviolet rays, a photocatalyst supporting filter 26 which lies in the lamp housing 12 in a way that it contacts respiratory air passing the spiracle 24 and an ultraviolet irradiation hole 28 formed in a way that ultraviolet rays irradiated from the light source 18 are guided into the photocatalyst supporting filter 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
