PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily replacing a filter and sufficiently securing an air intake passage. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 is disposed at an upper part of an air-conditioned space. The air conditioner 1 comprises a case 2, a lower face panel 8, the filter 4 and a filter supporting portion 9. The case 2 is opened at its lower face. The lower face panel 8 covers a part of an opening part of the lower face of the case 2. The filter 4 is received in the case 2.
